As you prepare to write your final assignments and exams, we would like to remind you that there is a comprehensive suite of academic supports available to you. 

All the supports and services listed here are accessible to all Western students, including graduates, undergraduates, international students, students in residence, and students enrolled at the Affiliated University Colleges.

Wellness and Well-being Supports

Mental Health

In-person counselling appointments are available by calling 519-661-3030, same-day crisis appointments are available Monday-Friday until 4:30 p.m.
CMHA after hours crisis counselling is also available Monday and Thursday evenings from 5-9 p.m.
