End of Term Support
As you prepare to write your final assignments and exams, we would like to remind you that there is a comprehensive suite of academic supports available to you.
All the supports and services listed here are accessible to all Western students, including graduates, undergraduates, international students, students in residence, and students enrolled at the Affiliated University Colleges.

Mental Health
- Mental health counselling appointments are available by booking online or calling 519-661-3030. We have some same day and next day appointment slots.

Sports & Recreation
Western Campus Recreation
- Expanded drop-in sports (e.g. badminton, volleyball, basketball) hours
- Drop-in for a workout in one of our cardio or weight room spaces
- Open swim is available daily throughout the exam period
- Check out FREE Move Your Mood events including Jump Rope Class, Learn to Lift and Glow & Flow Yoga on April 6 (first 100 attendees receive a free yoga mat)
- Drop-in jogging and skating is also offered until April 17
