Welcome to What's Up Western, your ultimate guide to campus life, news, and events! This newsletter is for current undergraduate and graduate students at Western University. There are two versions of this newsletter:
What's Up Western is sent bi-weekly every Monday to undergrad students on main campus and highlights upcoming events, news, student stories, important dates, and more.
What's Up Western Grad Students is sent monthly on the first Monday of each month to graduate students on main campus and highlights grad-specific student life news, upcoming events, important dates, and more.
*If the newsletter falls on a holiday Monday, it will be sent on Tuesday.
Interested in submitting content? The deadline for submissions is Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. for the following Monday's newsletter. Due to the high volume of requests, we only feature events that are happening on campus. Events are placed in the newsletter in chronological order and are only featured if they take place within the timeframe of the newsletter. Please keep event descriptions short (one sentence max). Explain what the event is, where it will take place and include any registration links. Submit content for the undergrad version or grad version. (Please note: there is an option on the undergrad form to submit to both newsletters).
