Student Health & Support

Health & Wellness

If you need mental or physical health support, Health & Wellness is open, however, only those with an in-person appointment scheduled should visit UCC 11. To book a telephone counseling appointment or an in-person or telehealth appointment with a doctor please email please email us and include your name, student #, phone #, and a brief reason for the visit. Our staff are responding to emails Monday – Friday 9am-4pm.

The Office of Student Support & Case Management helps students who are experiencing challenges get back to thriving by facilitating a coordinated response at both the individual and community level.

You can reach us via telephone and email for support and referrals. *This team does not provide mental health support, however, please contact Health & Wellness at 519-661-3030 to book a virtual mental health appointment if needed.

The Centre for Innovation on Campus Mental Health (CICMH) is a partnership project to help Ontario’s colleges and universities enhance their capacity to support student mental health and well-being.
